1、 Shipment
1. Delivery time
1.1 Aladdin will deliver the goods within the time specified by Aladdin, unless otherwise specified.
1.2 If Aladdin has not yet delivered the goods when the customer applies for a refund, Aladdin shall obtain the customer's consent before delivering the goods.
1.3 If Aladdin delays the shipment or applies for a refund without the customer's consent, Aladdin shall recover the goods that have been shipped, unless the customer has signed for and confirmed the receipt.
2. Confirmation of shipment information
2.1 Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, Aladdin shall deliver the goods according to the delivery address and consignee information agreed in the order, and shall be responsible for delivering the goods to the delivery address designated by the customer.
2.2 If a product needs to be picked up by a customer at a designated location, a description should be provided in a prominent location on the product page, and the customer should be informed and approved before shipment. If Aladdin violates the aforementioned provisions, the customer has the right to refuse to sign for the goods.
2.3 Aladdin shall promptly update the product information and courier information on the transaction related pages after shipment.
3. Filling and changing of receiving information
3.1 The customer shall provide Aladdin with accurate shipping address and consignee information in the order. When providing consignee information, customers can choose themselves or others as the consignee. If the customer chooses another person as the consignee and the consignee violates the obligations stipulated in this specification, the customer shall bear corresponding responsibilities.
3.2 If a customer needs to change the shipping address or consignee information in the order, they should contact Aladdin before the goods are shipped and obtain Aladdin's explicit consent, or negotiate for processing.
3.3 If the goods cannot be delivered after Aladdin's shipment due to inaccurate delivery address and/or consignee information filled in by the customer, or changes to the delivery address or consignee information are requested without Aladdin's consent, the customer shall bear the freight.
2、 Delivery and Receipt
1. Product Delivery
1.1 The express company selected by Aladdin should actively contact the consignee when delivering goods, and should not hand over the goods to the community security, doorman, company front desk, and others for signature without the consent of the consignee.
1.2 Aladdin shall agree with the express company that during the delivery process, it shall comply with the standards and specifications specified in the relevant rules of Aladdin's website, provide satisfactory delivery services to customers, and actively improve customer satisfaction.
2. Product Receipt
2.1 After Aladdin delivers the goods as agreed, the consignee has the obligation to receive the goods in a timely manner. The consignee can sign for the goods in person or entrust others to sign for the goods on his behalf. The signature of the entrusted person is deemed to be the consignee's own signature for the goods.
2.2 If the customer has only filled in the shipping address, but has not filled in the consignee or the filled in consignee information is not specific, and the goods are signed for at the shipping address, the signing is deemed to be the customer's own signing for receipt.
3. Commodity acceptance
3.1 When the consignee signs for the goods, the goods shall be inspected and accepted.
3.2 For matters related to the apparent consistency of the goods, the consignee shall conduct acceptance inspection when signing for the goods. The term "surface consistency" as used in this article refers to the visual judgment that the surface condition of the received product is good and consistent with the online description. The judgment range of surface consistency includes, but is not limited to, the shape, size, quantity, weight, etc. of the product.
3.3 The consignee has the right to refuse to sign for the goods if they are found to be inconsistent on the surface when signing for the goods. Aladdin shall promptly contact the customer for handling after the product is rejected.
3.4 For goods that require signing for acceptance before opening the package for inspection, the consignee should request the carrier to supervise and open the package for inspection on the spot. If there is any inconsistency on the surface, the consignee should note the details on the signing form (the consignee's form and the carrier's form) and ask the carrier to sign for confirmation or directly return the goods.
3.5 If the consignee refuses to sign for the goods without justified reasons, the freight shall be borne by the customer.
3.6 After the consignee refuses to sign for the goods, Aladdin shall promptly contact the carrier to retrieve the goods. Aladdin shall bear the additional freight and storage costs incurred due to Aladdin's delay in retrieving the goods.
3、 Risk transfer
The risk of damage or loss of the goods is transferred from Aladdin to the consignee after the consignee signs for the goods.
4、 Handling of breach of contract
If Aladdin violates the provisions of this specification and the relevant rules and regulations of Aladdin's website, resulting in a customer complaint, Aladdin shall promptly handle it. If Aladdin fails to properly handle the complaint, resulting in the expansion of the complaint or failure to handle it as required, Aladdin has the right to make a judgment as an ordinary person and require Aladdin to assume corresponding responsibilities.
